Keeler USA upgrade
Migrated keelerusa.com from Magento 1 to Magento 2 with full theme rebuild, redesigned CMS pages and custom modules.
Overview
Keeler USA was running an unsupported Magento 1 install with brittle customisations. Took them through a clean Magento 2 upgrade — keeping their data, rebuilding the theme from XD designs, and re-implementing the CMS pages and catalog UX with a refreshed look.
What I shipped
- Audited M1 customisations and decided what to port, what to rebuild, what to drop.
- Converted XD design files to responsive PHTML templates.
- Redesigned the catalog and CMS pages from scratch on M2.
- Built custom Magento 2 modules for the bits that didn't have a clean equivalent.
- Applied the latest Magento security patches and upgrades.
