Shopify-specific gotchas to check:

Hero image — is it preloaded with fetchpriority="high"?
Apps — count the script tags from app-prefixed domains. Each one is LCP and INP cost.
Fonts — how many families × weights? Three families × four weights is a 600ms+ paint block.
JS bundles — is jQuery loaded? Most modern Shopify themes don't need it.
INP — open Chrome DevTools → Performance → Record → click around. Long tasks are the killers.
