Customers ask "is November 14 open?" — your team checks the calendar and emails back. Three-day cycle for a question the calculator could answer in 2 seconds.
Quote rentals by date and add-on, not phone tag.
A multistep quote calculator built for party-rental, equipment-rental, venue, and event-services businesses. Date × duration × guest count × add-ons × delivery → priced quote with availability check. Replaces the "is this date open?" email tennis match.

What slows teams down today.
Add-ons (linens, chairs, lighting, delivery, setup, breakdown) are buried in PDFs. Customers don't see them until you email the quote.
Multi-day rentals have non-linear pricing (3-day rate, weekly rate, monthly). Customers want to know which break-point they're hitting.
Distance-based delivery fees vary. A flat fee or "we'll get back to you" both cost conversions.
Peak vs off-peak dates cost differently. The calculator should surface this transparently.
What I actually ship.

- ◆ Date-availability check against your booking calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, your CRM, or a custom calendar).
- ◆ Distance-based delivery fee — customer enters ZIP, calculator returns delivery price based on miles + setup complexity.
- ◆ Stripe deposit at quote acceptance to lock in the date.
- ◆ CRM push (HubSpot, Pipedrive, your booking system).
- ◆ Calendar block on confirmed booking so the date isn't double-quoted.
- ◆ Admin panel for prices, add-on costs, peak-vs-off-peak rates, delivery zones.
- ◆ 14 days post-launch support.
Rentals calculator FAQs.
No fluff — the specifics buyers want before booking a call. If yours isn't here, ask on the call.
Can it check date availability in real time?
Yes — integrated with Google Calendar, Outlook, your CRM, or a custom calendar. Customer picks a date, calculator checks availability before showing pricing. Booked dates show as unavailable; tentative dates show as "checking — quote within 1 hour."
How does it handle delivery fees?
Customer enters delivery ZIP. Calculator looks up distance from your warehouse via Google Maps Distance Matrix API. Delivery price = base fee + per-mile rate + setup complexity multiplier. Configurable per-zone.
Can it take a deposit at quote?
Yes — Stripe deposit at the last step (configurable amount, typically 25-50% of total). Calendar blocks the date on payment success. Reduces no-shows and double-bookings dramatically.
How does peak/off-peak pricing work?
Configurable per-date — wedding season weekends, holidays, sports-event weekends mark as peak with a multiplier. Customer sees the price difference transparently. Some rental businesses see 30%+ revenue lift just from making peak pricing visible.

Extremely patient and extremely professional. And the result is amazing! Highly recommended!
Great experience overall. The cost estimation calculator works well for our B2B needs and does exactly what we discussed. It's simple to use, and the logic behind the calculations is solid. There were a couple of small tweaks needed after delivery, but the seller was quick to respond and fixed everything.
