I reply within 24 hours, with comfortable overlap on US and UK hours.

What is your minimum project size?

No formal minimum, though most engagements start at around $349 for the Calculator Lite tier and around $2,000 for a Shopify or WordPress build.

How are revisions handled?

Each tier specifies revision rounds. Scope-change requests beyond the agreed deliverables are quoted separately, never silently absorbed.

What payment terms do you use?

50% to start, 50% on delivery for fixed-price work. Stripe, bank transfer, or invoicing, and Stripe is fastest.
